Please provide the hospital with a copy of your pet's up-to-date comprehensive health and medical documents, including a history of vaccinations/vaccine schedule and preventative care records. Also, please bring a stool sample with you to your pet’s annual wellness visit and/or if your pet is suffering from GI issues. If your pet is having urinary issues, we also recommend obtaining a urine sample, if possible. While these tasks may not be pleasant, they provide our veterinarians with valuable information about your pet’s state of health.
